The American Cancer Society Key Gala

to benefit the AstraZeneca Hope Lodge Center in Boston this past spring. The event raised funds to support Hope Lodge in Boston. Hope Lodge offers cancer patients and their caregivers a free, temporary place to stay when their best hope for effective treatment may be in another city. Not having to worry about where to stay or how to pay for lodging allows guests to focus on getting well.

Tallen Sponsors Youth Basketball

Tallen proudly supports our local youth. The Bayshore Youth Athletic Association is a community based program that has promoted athletic development and sportsmanship for over 40 years in the central New Jersey region. Our own, Darrin Rodriguez is the current vice president for the volunteer league helping over 200 kids between 7 to 14 years of age develop their basketball skills. Our CEO, Andy Taffin and Darrin each coach a team in two different age brackets.

Tallen Invests in Children

Tallen’s own president, Harry Lavallen addressed a group of students of the De La Salle School. He was invited to share his story about his journey and contribution to business. He also spoke with the Principal about the ever changing face of technology and the academic arena.

Tallen's Bally's Booth Makes Feature- Lights up the Cover of LV Business Section.

Tallen's professionalism and stunning visual displays graced the floor of the 2010 Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas, earning them a showcase headline in the business section of the local newspaper. Adorning our client’s brilliant exhibit booth were four of our exclusive NanoLumens screens, the world's only flexible and light weight digital displays. In addition to the NanoLumens, the vibrant and lively booth was also lit up with extensive plasma screens. Vision mixers were incorporated to switch, composite, mix and enhance the video transitions on each of the screens at the event.

Tallen Gives Back!

FEB 2013 Beginning in January 2013 Tallen launched the program Tallen Gives Back to donate to local charities by allowing employees to take a paid day from work to volunteer at a charity of their choice. Tallen is pleased to announce our first participant, Jennifer, volunteering at the Cat Country 107.3 Cares for St Jude Kids Radiothon.   The event raised $112,754 in donations!  Tallen is proud to support local charities.  

Tallen Continues to Give Back!

MAR 2013 Beginning in January 2013 Tallen launched the program Tallen Gives Back to donate to local charities by allowing employees to take a paid day from work to volunteer at a charity of their choice. Tallen’s second volunteer is Melissa, who volunteered at Eva’s Village helping to serve over 400 lunches to the hungry.  Eva’s Village, is a center in Paterson, NJ whose mission is to feed the hungry, shelter the homeless, treat the addicted and provide free medical and dental care to the poor with respect for the human dignity of each individual.
