Whether it’s a satellite broadcast between cities, an internet rebroadcast to a hundred locations or even a point to point virtual connection Tallen has the demonstrated experience to assist you.
Before your event, Tallen will work with you and the venue to determine the specific equipment needed and the logistics on power, internet bandwidth, room dimensions and equipment requirements. We maintain a large database of venue locations so we can help you to determine the best locations for your event. Tallen also routinely performs site surveys to verify the infrastructure and bandwidth of your sites before the event.
On the day of your event, Tallen’s technical team will set up the equipment and ensure everything is working properly. Our dedicated staff will be on standby onsite should there be technical issues throughout the event. Our logistics team will coordinate all communications and reports from the remote sites back to the studio and ensure a successful outcome.
After your event, Tallen will organize and report back to you the technical details of your remote sites in a single organized report and provide a post event summary so as partners we are even more capable for the next event.
By coupling or virtual meeting team with our established dinner meeting resources we ensure that you event will succeed. Each day, Tallen coordinates over 150 lunch and dinner meetings across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Tallen has dedicated meeting staff supporting these meeting every weekday from 8 am – 9 pm.
Even Last minute orders are not a concern, Tallen is equipped to fill same day orders anywhere throughout the USA.
