Tallen was tasked with creating a studio environment within a meeting room at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel, an upscale beachfront retreat in Santa Monica, California. Loews Santa Monica is best described as a beachfront hideaway with dramatic views of Santa Monica Beach and the Pacific Ocean. The recently redesigned luxury hotel showcases a modern residential feel featuring ocean-view dining, an authentic local style, and exceptional personalized service, all in a vibrant seaside setting. Our client, a California-based retailer, wanted to broadcast an important company event live from the hotel to 150 retail stores located throughout the United States.

When it comes to transmitting a broadcast to remote venues where live audiences are involved, Tallen undertakes a thorough research and vetting process of all sites to ensure success. In addition, we provide onsite technical teams and AV equipment to ensure the audience receives the message clearly. We also remotely monitor every location’s bandwidth to immediately address any technical issues throughout the event. Lastly, we provide detailed post-event reporting upon completion of the meeting.

To accomplish our objective on behalf of our client’s event at the Loews Santa Monica, Tallen provided the following:

• Individual site surveys to all 150 retail locations
• Audio, video, cameras, and lighting equipment at the Loews Santa Monica
• Video producer, audio engineer, lighting technician, camera operators, and broadcast technician
• Simultaneous delivery and setup at all 150 retail locations of audio visual equipment
• Centralized log-in verification and bandwidth monitoring of all sites
